Cancellation

To ensure a smooth cancellation process, we have established the following guidelines:

 Timeframe: Customers can cancel their orders within 1 hour of placing them on our store.
 Operational Hours: Cancellations can only be processed during our business hours
 Request Process: Customers must raise a cancellation request by emailing sweetwave.uae@gmail.com from their registered email ID.


Required Information for Cancellation

To facilitate a quick and hassle-free cancellation process, customers should provide the following details when submitting a request:

  1. Order ID
  2. Registered Phone Number or Email ID
  3. Reason for Cancellation

Our customer care team will carefully review each request and provide updates on the cancellation status. Once approved, the refund process will begin immediately.


Refund Process

  • Refund Approval: Once the cancellation request is approved, the refund  process as per the Refund Process
  • Refund Timeline: The refunded amount will be credited back to the customer’s original payment method as per our refund policy timeline.

Non-Eligible Cancellations

Tomour Al Madina reserves the right to cancel orders in the following scenarios:

 Same-Day Delivery Requests: If a customer requests same-day delivery and we are unable to fulfill it as per our Delivery Policy, the order may be canceled.
 Out-of-Stock Items: If a product is unavailable at the time of processing, the order may be canceled.
